February’s going to be a good month for comics.
Holy shitwow, Massimo Carnevale’s cover for Northlanders #37 is outstanding. The first of a 3-issue arc retelling to story of the Viking siege of Paris, out this Wednesday, 2/9/11.
Simon Gane is doing pencils/inks, with the always amazing “Zombie” Dave McCaig on colors.
CBR has a preview of some inked pages. If you haven’t given this series a chance, I highly recommend it. Brian Wood is one of the best writers in comics.
