Sometimes, it’s best not to ask questions. Just enjoy the gifts the internet brings.

HYPNOTOAD……… for TEN HOURS.  All glory to the Hypnotoad.

“A video game interpretation of the film score by Vangelis” for the ZX Spectrum.
What?

Are you fucking kidding me, @Marvel?!
You’re seriously going to cancel the best book you publish?
Is that what we’re talking about here?
Thor : The Mighty Avenger is everything wonderful about comics. I know that might seem hard to swallow if you haven’t read it since it is a comic about a Thor, but it is completely true.
Heartfelt. Beautiful to look at. Enjoyable for any age without being insulting to an older reader or talking down to a younger reader. Totally satisfying in installments from a story standpoint, but masterfully building on a larger arc when read together.
And, most importantly, so much fun.
Unless you’re cancelling this book to let Langridge and Samnee take over the regular Thor title, we’re done, Marvel.
I quit.

I mean, I hate Thor with a boundless hate. BOUNDLESS. But this is reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally dumb. Samnee is by far the best artist Marvel has on their roster.
Probably to make room for an umpteenth X-title. JUST STOP IT.

Sometimes life gives you lemons. Other times it gives you Les Pauls modded into Guitar Hero guitars sitting outside your apartment building on the street.

SNAP! Davis won the nerd rock star lottery. Well, outside of actually being a rock star (ps in that picture he’s the unicorn). And still owning a Dreamcast. If I ever visit NYC we’re throwing down on some DOA2.
REVERSAL!

Join award-winning creators Brian K. Vaughan, Tony Harris and J.D. Mettler for what promises to be the most shocking and talked-about ending since the final issue of Y: THE LAST MAN!

This should have been an omen.
First let me just say that I loved Y: The Last Man, and Ex Machina as a series. I’ve read every issue. But everyone I know who’s read Y: absolutely hated the ending, and Brian K Vaughan has created a similar conclusion to Yorick’s with Mitchell Hundred.
Mitchell Hundred has done most everything he can throughout this series to be a good guy, to do the right thing, and protect the welfare and interests of everyone else. So WTF were they thinking ending the story like this?
I won’t spoil it for those of you that haven’t read it yet, but for those who have, I’d love to hear your feedback. Thoughts?
